Join the Clive Chamber as we welcome Marvin DeJear, Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Officer with the Greater Des Moines Partnership to present "DEI 101".
We will gain an understanding of the origin and foundations of how diversity, equity, and inclusion work began. We will dive into the definitions of diversity, equity, and inclusion and explore the various dimensions of diversity. We will walk away with a clear understanding of the business case for diversity, equity, and inclusion and how it is important to the future of our organizations.
